Orders are usually shipped within three (3) to four (4) business days of receipt. Our carriers do not consider Saturday, Sunday, or holidays as business days. Once your order ships, you will receive notification via email along with the Tracking Number. Your order may arrive in separate packages from UPS, FedEx, and/or DHL. You will be able to track your order accordingly, regardless of carrier. PLEASE NOTE: We ship and bill ONLY in the United States. RETURN POLICY: We replace any damaged items or missing parts with replacement parts or items at no charge to you. However, you must pay the cost of shipping to return items that are not damaged, and your account credit will not include the original shipping charges. For returns other than damages, a 20% restocking fee is charged. Items must be in original packaging with appropriate tags, manuals, etc. and in original condition. For ALL returns, please contact us with seven (7) of receipt of your order. Please DO NOT return any product, damaged or otherwise, without contacting us first. Please use our Returns/Refunds Form. After we receive your Return Form, we will email you with further instructions concerning shipping, credits, and refunds. Be assured about your personal information. Our site is secure. We do not share, trade, or sell your confidential data.
